Jeff Davis County Construction Manager at Risk

The Jeff Davis Board of Education (“BOE”) as (“Owner”) is soliciting Proposals from firms interested in providing construction management at-risk services for the Renovation to the Auditorium of the Jeff
Davis High School project known as Project No. JD-22.10 “Jeff Davis High School Auditorium Renovation” for the Jeff Davis County Board of Education, Hazlehurst, Georgia. This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks to identify a CMR for the above-mentioned services. The RFP’s will be
reviewed and evaluated by a “selection committee” and a CMR will be selected based on a scoring matrix provided in the RFP. Firm interviews will be conducted at the discretion of the selection committee. The BOE reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive technicalities and informalities at their discretion.

CMR Proposals and Fee Proposals are due on 12/23/22 by 2:00 pm at the Jeff Davis Board of Education office located at 44 Charles Rogers Blvd, Hazlehurst, GA 31539.
