RFP-General Contractor

Emanuel County Schools is looking for a General Contractor to construct an office space in our Technology and Food Service Building. The building is a recently constructed 50¿ X 100¿ steel building. The General Contractor will assume all responsibility for project construction cost by issuing a guaranteed maximum price(GMP). The GMP will be the contractual obligation. The General Contractor will be responsible for methods of construction, safety, and the scheduling and coordination of the work of all construction and miscellaneous contracts required for completion of the project within the budget and schedule.
