Description
DeKalb County is seeking bids from qualified bidders to construct a new pool at NH Scott Park for Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Invitation to Bid (ITB). A list of projects meeting the aforementioned qualifications, including contact information of the General Contractor, must be submitted for review at the time of the bid. The General Contractor and/or sub must have completed at least two (2) commercial pools or more within the past 10 years and must hold a current or expired (within the last two years') Certified Pool Contractor¿s license with DeKalb County Board of Health.
