Description
Wilcox County Board of Education is seeking contractors to carry out a Design-Build project to renovate an existing multipurpose building and create a new livestock facility with show and holding areas. The existing renovated space will contain a kitchen/dining area, show area, bathroom facilities and small concessions and dressing rooms. A new covered addition to the facility will include an animal holding area between 4,000 and 6,000 square feet. The work may include demolition of existing buildings, Project duration is 10 months.
