The purpose and intent of this request for proposals is to evaluate and select a contractor that is responsible for providing an annual water treatment program for the Fayette County School District. The respondent must provide all necessary chemicals, service, water test kit, and technical assistance for a water treatment program that meets the minimum specified requirements.
