Description
The City of Atlanta seeks a qualified commercial enterprise to submit proposals to design, construct, maintain, operate, and manage a restaurant or other business entity (for instance, sandwich shoppe, bakery, yoga studio, combination enterprise to include any two or more of the aforementioned concepts, etc.) at 759 Boulevard SE, Atlanta, Georgia 30308. This location includes a 7,056 square foot shell which sits atop the iconic, silver LEED certified, Grant Park Gateway Parking Facility. The successful enterprise will use this opportunity to create something envisioned to increase the property value of the neighborhood, improve the areas livability, serve as a convenience to neighborhood residents and visitors, and continue Atlanta¿s forward progress in becoming THE City of prominence/distinction, etc.
