Description
Douglas County (¿Owner¿ or the ¿County¿) is issuing this Request for Proposal (¿RFP¿) to solicit commercial and technical proposals (¿Proposals¿) from bidders (¿Respondents¿) for the design, permitting, site preparation and remodel of the Douglas County Selman Library located at 6810 Selman Drive, Douglasville, Georgia 30134 (¿Project¿). Capitalized terms in this RFP, if not defined here, are defined in the Agreement (defined below) for the Project.
The Project will be funded with SPLOST funds. The Project is required to comply with State and Federal statutes, rules and regulations, as well as those of Douglas County, including local permitting of the project. Additionally, the Project must comply with all SPLOST rules, regulations, specifications and requirements.
