Veterans Gravity Trunk Main Upgrades

Sealed Bids for the construction of the Veterans Gravity Trunk Main Upgrades will be received by City of Warner Robins in the Purchasing Office until 2:00 pm local time on April 30th 2024, at which time the bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of approximately 5620 linear feet of sanitary sewer line upgrades.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form.

The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is Ardurra Group, Inc., ATTN; Dan Huggins, PE, 4000 Faber Place Drive, Suite 330, North Charleston, SC 29405. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00am until 3:00 pm.

Bidding Documents also may be examined at the City of Warner Robins Purchasing Office located at 700 Watson Blvd, Warner Robins, GA 31093, during regular scheduled business hours.

Bidding Documents may be viewed and downloaded for no cost by registering with the City¿s IonWave bidding system at https://wrga.ionwave.net/Login.aspx. Printed bidding documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office upon payment of $300 per set.
Payment is non-refundable.

A pre-bid conference will be held at 1:00 pm local time on April 17, 2024, in the Carolyn Robbins Conference Room, City Hall Complex, 700 Watson Blvd., Warner Robins, GA 31093. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory.

Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
