Database Strategy & Set-up April ¿ To build the foundation for KIPP¿s digital marketing strategy including but not limited to:

Inventory digital assets
Customize KIPP¿s database platform developing processes for campaign organization and database best practices. Set goals and metrics for tracking in the database platform, including audience segmentation process

KIPP Development/ Supporter Website Advice
Development of hypothetical digital journeys for a full range of supporter personas and types.
Full review of content and messaging on the website and recommendations for revisions for alignment with prospective donor insights. Audit of technical specifications and design implications to support smooth and efficient interactions for KIPP¿s potential supporters between marketing tactics and your digital properties.

Digital Acquisition Strategy
Exploring strategies to expand the database, including renting lists / co-ops, paid ads on key sites aligned with target segments, possible partnerships with like-minded organizations, and more to source prospects.

Persona-Driven Content Development & Mapping
Review the collection to ensure KIPP has a variety of high-quality videos (of various lengths and styles), photos (with a variety of subjects), and other digital imagery. Determine which assets best tell KIPP¿s story in a way that is consistent with Development objectives (not just Enrollment) / 3/Map content to different audience segments, or personas, according to what might resonate best with them Identify gaps in digital assets and develop a content strategy for deploying, testing, and refining content to be used in digital marketing
