Description
The Division of Purchasing (DOP), on behalf of the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality
(DEQ), is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide delivery and installation of Stage I Vapor
Recovery System components for an estimated twenty (20) Underground Storage Tanks located in
Franklin County, Idaho.

evaluation of that supplier’s responsibility on future sourcing events.

Group 1: Technical Requirements

Scope of Work: Please confirm that you have downloaded and reviewed the Scope of Work
for this ITB.
Experience: Bidder's must have at least one (1) year of experience installing Stage I Vapor
Recovery System components at gasoline dispensing facilities as detailed in this ITB. Please

provide a list of three (3) references including all contact information of gasoline dispensing
facility owners that you have performed this work for in the past. Bidder's must upload their
responses here.
Group 2: Special Terms & Conditions
2.1
Bidder's must download and confirm your agreement to the Special Terms and Conditions for this ITB.

Bidder's must upload their completed CERTIFICATION OF INDEPENDENT PRICE
DETERMINATION document here.
Tank Location List: Please confirm that you have downloaded and reviewed the attached

tank location list. This list of locations is anticipated locations of service and is not
guaranteed. DEQ may make adjustments to this list as necessary.
Group 3: Warranty
Warranty:
The components must be covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty. The standard
warranty must be no less than one (1) year from the date of manufacture.
3.1
All services provided by the contractor must be performed in a diligent, professional, and
worklike manner and must be warranted for a period of ninety (90) days following the
satisfactory completion of the applicable services under the contract terms. Bidder's must
provide an affirming statement to the warranty requirements listed above.
