RFB ERO LIB #33-F-1-23/24 - Printing of Specimen Ballots for the 2024 Presidential Primary & General Election

The Board of Elections Office (BOE) are interested in receiving bids from printing firms who possess the ability to work in cooperation with their office to prepare and print the 2024 Presidential Primary and General Elections Specimen Ballot in a timely manner. The successful bidder will need to set up an appointment with the BOE immediately following bid award to discuss all details of the specifications herein. BOE will provide the Primary ballot to the vendor by March 31, 2024, and the Primary ballot must be in the voter’s mailboxes by April 25, 2024. BOE will provide the General ballot to the vendor by September 30, 2024 and the General ballot must be in the voter’s mailbox by October 16, 2024.
