RFB ERO DO #75-F-2-23/24 - St. George's Gate Stormwater Management Retrofit

The Carroll County Office of Procurement, in cooperation with the Bureau of Resource Management, is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide the labor, material, equipment, and services necessary for the St. George’s Gate Stormwater Management Facility Retrofit Project. This project consists of retrofitting the existing stormwater management facility for St. George’s Gate to a surface sand filter. It is located in Westminster, Maryland (see ADC Map of Carroll County, Map 4454, Block H 6). The project includes geotechnical testing, removal of the existing weir wall, installation of new underdrain outfall. Primary Aspects of the Project include: Install and remove erosion and sediment control Perform Geotechnical Borings Clear, grub and remove debris from the limits of disturbance Grade Site Construct weir wall Construct embankment Construct Storm drains, Stilling Basins and Headwalls, including riprap Construct Surface Sand Filter Permanently Stabilize Site
