The City of Lewiston invites sealed bids for the Lewiston Fire Sub Station 5, 9 Jaydee Way, Lewiston project in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by Context Architecture. Bidding procedures shall be in accordance with the City of Lewiston Purchasing Office and the provisions of the contract documents entitled: LEWISTON FIRE SUB-STATION 5. SCOPE OF WORK includes all aspects of General Contracting work.

No Proposal will be considered unless it is accompanied by a bid security in the form of a bid bond or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price, made out in favor of the Awarding Authority. All bid securities will be released upon execution by both parties of the A101/A201 (the “Contract”) or, if no Contract award is made, within thirty (30) days after the opening of the Proposals, unless forfeited as herein stipulated.
