The purpose of this addendum is to clarify and/or modify the Bid and Award page and the Specification for this project. All work

affected is subject to all applicable terms and conditions of the Bidding and Contract Documents.

Q1: MPSCS Activation Fees – Include in bid or customer will pay?

A1. MPSCS Radio Programming and PM and Test for Proper Operation are part of the bid specification to be provided by

the vendor.

Q2. Avtec has updated part numbers on some of the items that you are looking for. Will you amend the bid to the

new part numbers to ensure Kalamazoo metro is receiving new/current products?

A2. If these part numbers are a superseded by the previous ones, please use the updated part numbers.

Q3. DSOUTPOSE-RACK-PKG not available for Scout Plus. This is a legacy part for older version of Scout. Should

this be left off the bid?

A3. No, but please list any deviations on a separate sheet when submitting a bid.
