NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed bids will be received in the form of an electronic copy until 2:00 p.m., March 26, 2024 for the construction
of the county project listed below.
Bids will be OPENED and read publicly at 2:00 p.m. on the above mentioned date at the Washington County North

Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or a corporate surety bond made in favor of Washington County in an
amount equal to not less than 5% of the total bid.
Washington County hereby notifies all bidders that it does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national

award.
The Board of County Commissioners of Washington County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive
any defects therein.
