Sealed bids will be received in the form of an electronic copy until 2:00 p.m., March 12, 2024 for the construction
of the county project listed below.
Bids will be OPENED and read publicly at 2:00 p.m. on the above mentioned date at the Washington County North
Maintenance Shop, 11660 Myeron Road N, Stillwater, Minnesota, 55082.

Bidders will pay an additional $42 fee to bid online on QuestCDN.com.
Bids shall be submitted electronically at http://www.QuestCDN.com. Instructions for contractors will also be
available on Washington County’s website, https://www.co.washington.mn.us/Bids.aspx?BidID=404.
Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or a corporate surety bond made in favor of Washington County in an
amount equal to not less than 5% of the total bid.
Washington County hereby notifies all bidders that it does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national
origin, sex, religion, age and handicapped status in employment or the provision of services in consideration for an
award.
The Board of County Commissioners of Washington County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive
any defects therein.
