The City of St Peters is seeking proposals for a Comprehensive Plan. The project is anticipated to include existing conditions, goals and objectives, future community plan, and implementation. The goal of the plan is to provide an overview of existing and future conditions in the City, but primarily to provide usable guide documents (sub area plans) to assist with marketing, land use, and design of development sites.
