Notes:
Boone County Purchasing allows for secure online bidding using IonWave. Bidders
have the option of using the online bidding system to submit their bid electronically.
Bidders are still able to submit a sealed bid using regular or courier mail. Any bid,
electronic or hard copy, must be received no later than the specified bid submission
deadline time and date. If using the IonWave system to submit their bid, the vendor
