The contractor should submit to Boone County, along with their bid response, a schedule of equipment owned that
may be required for service not contemplated in the Contractor’s quoted labor rate. The contractor shall include
rates (billable hourly rate) for their use. Under the direction of an authorized County representative, the Contractor
shall perform said service and account for equipment from said schedule.
