Invitation to Bid E Front, Jackson and Monroe Water Main replacements

This project consists of the following but is not necessarily limited to: the installation of new water main to replace existing water main in East Front Street from Madison Street to East Broadway, in Jackson Street from East Front Street to East Broadway, in Monroe Street from East Front Street to East Broadway, and across East Broadway to the east of Van Buren. A combination of new 12-inch ductile iron, new 8-inch ductile iron, new 10-inch HDPE, and new 6-inch HDPE will replace existing mains. The existing services will be swapped and connected to the new mains. Associated appurtenances and fittings necessary to complete the project are detailed in construction plans. Surface restoration of disturbed areas including asphalt, concrete, gavel, landscaping, and irrigation, and other miscellaneous work is included.
