Invitation to bid South 4th St W water main replacement

This project consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, installing approximately 1680 lineal feet total of 8-inch and 12-inch water mains in South 4 ^th Street West from Russell Street to east of Ivy Street in Missoula, MT. The existing water services in the project area will be swapped and connected to the new mains. Associated appurtenances and fittings necessary to complete the project are detailed on the construction plans. All restoration of disturbed areas including asphalt, concrete, gavel, landscaping, and irrigation, and other miscellaneous work is included.

The complete Invitation to Bid, Contract Documents consisting of half-size Drawings, and Project Manual may be viewed or obtained on-line beginning on January 20, 2024.

No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for the public opening of the bids specified above.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period of not to exceed sixty (60) days, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid which is in the best interest of the City of Missoula.
