Emailed questions or clarifications will be accepted until Tuesday October 24, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. MST after which time the questions will be compiled, anonymized and provided with a posted response on the City’s RFP webpage. Further questions will not be entertained after the question period has elapsed.

All proposals must be provided as a single, searchable PDF document file and be submitted digitally as an email attachment to the RFP recipient email address below. Proposals clearly identified as “Proposal for Water and Wastewater Facilities Plan Updates for the City of Missoula” shall be submitted to the Public Works & Mobility Department at publicworks@ci.missoula.mt.us For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. on or before 3:00 PM local time on Wednesday November 1, 2023. Proposals received after this deadline shall not be considered. A confirmation email will be sent to all firms once a Proposal has been received by the City. The City’s email system has a size limit of 34 megabytes. It is the responsibility of the respondent to verify that their proposal has been received by the deadline.
