Three building renovation projects have been identified at this time, including the following:

Roof and wall replacement of the St. Thomas Pressure Reducing Valve station building adjacent to St. Thomas Drive. Contractors should not attempt to access this property without arranging a visit with Missoula Water personnel.

Rehabilitation or replacement of the Booster Pump Station building located at 4515 Mark Court

Repair of the concrete masonry unit (CMU) wall and interior walls of the Catlin pumphouse located at 1645 S. 4

Qualifications:
|
Evaluation Criteria #1: Project Team
Provide the name of the firm, joint venture partners, principle owners or managers, and the names, titles, and experience of key personnel, including the overall Project Manager and Construction Superintendent. The key personnel cannot change after submittal of the SOQ without prior written approval of the City. Provide information on the project team’s availability to undertake this project as soon as possible.
Criterion weighted 50% of total SOQ score.
Evaluation Criteria #2: Construction Experience
Provide a list of similar recent projects that are active or have been completed in the past ten years. If possible, include details such as starting and completion dates or anticipated completion date, budget, owner, name and telephone numbers of owner’s project representative, and names of your company’s key project team members that performed construction management activities. Past experience may be drawn from projects contracted by private industry or local governments. CM/GC project experience is preferred but not specifically required. Experience with the City of Missoula is also preferred.
Criterion weighted 25% of total SOQ score.
Evaluation Criteria #3: Understanding and Approach
Include a brief narrative of your company’s understanding and approach to the CM/GC process and how your organization will contribute to the success of the project. In addition, provide a description of your understanding of the risk sharing and the teaming relationship between the Construction Manager, sub-contractors and the City.
Criterion weighted 25% of total SOQ score.
