Creation of Community Strategy to Address Houselessness

The purpose of this Limited Solicitation is to seek interest from contractors with expertise in research, strategic planning, and community engagement who are interested in conducting a comprehensive and collaborative process to define our next strategy to address houselessness. We also seek expertise in creation of deliverables (designed reports and visual graphics) and community dissemination of those deliverables. We are open to receiving partnered or teamed proposals to accomplish those two skill sets. Local and regional vendors are welcome to respond. National vendors may be considered if they have regional remote staff and/or can demonstrate an ability to meet the expectation for a high level of in-person community engagement without significant costs spent on travel.
