The project generally consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, the following major items:

• Demo existing lift station and fill with flowable fill;
• Jack and bore 30-inch casing pipe;
• Installation of 16-inch internally restrained sewer main carrier pipe;
• Installation of 21-inch and 15-inch gravity sewer main;
• Installation of standard sanitary sewer manholes;
• Connection to existing wet well;
• Connection to existing manhole;
• Jack and bore 36-inch casing pipe;
• Installation of 20-inch water main with joint restrained casing spacers;
• Installation of 24-inch, 20-inch and 6-inch water main;
• Connection to existing 24-inch water mains;
• Installation of new valves, fittings and hydrants;
• Asphalt trench repair;
• Utility crossings;
• Restoration of public rights-of-way and private lawns.
