Services consists of but may not be limited to grounds maintenance, turf maintenance, shrub maintenance, groundcover maintenance, perennial maintenance, trash and debris removal, storm debris pickup, irrigation maintenance/ repair/operation, storm water SCM maintenance and repair, snow and ice removal, tree maintenance, and mulching, pesticide and herbicide application.
