Geer

The City of Durham will accept Qualifications submittals from Bidders until 2:00 PM on

Wednesday, March 20, 2024 for Contract WS-87C “Inspection & Ombudsperson Services

for Petition Water/Sewer on Stallings and Geer”. This is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ)

from qualified firms (Engineers) to provide construction engineering inspection services and

ombudsperson services for Contract WS-87.

LICENSED BIDDERS

Each bidder must be licensed under Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes. The City

Council of the City of Durham reserves the right to reject any or all of the Bids. All bids must
