Comprehensive Parks & Recreation Master Plan

The Town of Chapel Hill requests Statements of Qualifications from qualified firm(s) or a team to prepare a Comprehensive Parks and Recreation Master Plan. The primary purposes of the plan are to identify the current state of the department's facilities, collect citizen input on future needs, identify program trends specific to the Town of Chapel Hill Citizen's needs, and make recommendations for the department's future.

Statements of Qualifications are due to Zakia Alam, Purchasing & Contracts Manager, Town of Chapel Hill, via email at zalam@townofchapelhill.org in PDF format by 3:00 P.M. on March 8, 2024.

Any questions concerning the project should be directed to Marcia Purvis at mpurvis@townofchapelhill.org . Questions will be submitted electronically no later than February 16, 2024. Responses will be issued as an addendum and posted on the Town’s website at www.townofchapelhill.org under “Bid Notices” no later than February 23, 2024.
