Invitation to Bid for Mini Excavator

Brunswick County is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase of a mini excavator that meets the minimum specifications set forth in the ITB.

Brunswick County is a subrecipient of federal funds awarded by the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC/HHS”) to the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (“NC DHHS”), as more particularly set forth in Division of Public Health Agreement Addendum AA910 (Hurricane Preparedness Mosquito Control) FY23-24 from NC DHHS. The anticipated amount of this procurement is approximately $150,000. This project is supported by CDC/HHS as part of a financial assistance award totaling $550,000 with 100% funded by CDC/HHS. All bids must be sealed and received no later than 04/8/2024 at 4:00 pm ET.

A copy of all questions, further clarifications, and answers will be made in the form of an Addendum to this ITB and will be provided to all known bidders and posted on the County’s website at brunswickcountync.gov/bid . Brunswick County will not be responsible for the failure of any mail or delivery service to deliver a bid prior to the stated date and time. Regardless of the manner of submission, any bid received after the stated date and time will not be considered. Incomplete bids or bids inconsistent with the required format may be disqualified from consideration.
