The City of Winston-Salem’s Field Operations - Stormwater Division (City) seeks to contract with a qualified engineering firm to provide engineering inspection and assessment services for pipe culverts crossing under the City’s right of way. The City’s goal is to determine the condition of the stormwater infrastructure to aid in prioritizing and developing the Division’s capital plan. Interested firms must employ staff who meet the qualifications and have experience in bridge and culvert structure inspections. Prospective firms should demonstrate the ability and expertise to provide the required services, available staffing, and resources to provide timely and professional services to the City.
