North Carolina General Statute (N.C.G.S.) 143-132(a) requires a minimum of three competitive bids be received for formal construction and repair contracts.  Three bids were not received on April 18, 2024.  Should fewer than the required three bids be offered for formal projects advertised as N.C.G.S. 143-129 requires, the project may be re-advertised.
