NOTICE TO BIDDERS

RFB #23-096

Sealed proposals will be received by Wake County Procurement Services, in Suite 2900, Wake

County Justice Center, 301 McDowell Street, Raleigh, NC 27601, up to 2:00 p.m., December 14, 2023,

and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for providing labor, material and equipment entering

into a Single Prime Contract for the Wake County Justice Center Fourth Floor Renovations, located in

Raleigh, NC.

An electronic copy of the contract documents (PDF) may be obtained from Accent Imaging free of

charge beginning Monday November 20, 2023. Printed copies of the plans and specifications may be

purchased from Accent Imaging online or at (919)782-3332. Plans may be accessed for viewing and

download at http://www.planscope.com/. Complete contract documents will also be open for inspection

in the office of the Architect. Questions or substitution requests should be directed to the architect at

tara@huffmanarch.com.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held Thursday November 30, 2023, at 10:00 am in the Wake

County Justice center in Raleigh, North Carolina 27601. Attendees should meet in the main lobby off the

McDowell entrance in front of the stairs.

Wake County provides minorities and women equal opportunity to participate in all aspects of its

construction program consistent with NCGS §143-8. Bidders shall comply with the requirements of the

Wake County Minority Business Enterprise Program, as outlined in Section 00 5500 of the Project

Manual.

No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for bids.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
