The City of Minot, North Dakota, is requesting proposals to enter into an exclusive single-sort recycling services contract with a company that has the resources and ability to provide the processing, transportation, separation, recycling, and revenue from the sale of recyclables consolidated at the City of Minot Recycling Center located at the City of Minot Landfill. Interested vendors must submit one (1) signed original proposal, five (5) copies of the proposal and one digital copy of the proposal by 2:00 pm, March 10, 2023 to:
