RFQ: Visitor Center Summer Maintenance

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK REQUIRED
The City of Claremont is seeking the services of a qualified professional lawn care/ landscape business to provide the following summer maintenance services;
Summer
Visitors Center located at 14 North Street:
o Initial spring cleanup
o regular maintenance of grounds (Weekly mowing, & weed whacking) surrounding Visitor’s Center
o necessary fall clean up
o miscellaneous landscaping and maintenance
Note:
o Hourly rates shall include all material labor and equipment necessary to complete the work as described.
o Price for miscellaneous requested landscaping items shall be negotiated at time of request.

Bids will be received no later than 2:30 P.M. on Wednesday May 1st, 2024 where they will be publically opened and read aloud. Contract shall be valid for six (6) months based on signed contract date. Bids must be mailed or hand delivered to the City Manager’s Office, 58 Opera House Square, Claremont, NH 03743. Bids must be clearly marked “Visitor Center Summer Maintenance Contract.” For additional information call 603-504-0350. The City of Claremont reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
