Introduction:

Notice is hereby given that the City of Buffalo Office of Strategic Planning, on behalf of the City of Buffalo’s interdepartmental Streetlights Committee is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a municipal street lighting system acquisition and conversion project.


Submission:

Interested firms are to submit their Qualifications Package via an Adobe portable document format (PDF) file titled “[FIRM NAME] RFQ No. 2024-1C”. Responses must be received electronically via email sent to Kelley St. John at kmosher@buffalony.gov For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. . E-mail submissions have a maximum file size of 10 MB. If electronic submissions via e-mail are limited due to file size restrictions, interested respondents should reach out to Kelley St. John to receive a secured shared drive link where electronic documents can be uploaded up to the submission deadline date and time. After the response deadline, the respondents will no longer have access to the shared drive.
