RFP - Website Redesign

Request for Proposals - Local Government Website Redesign Background

The City of Rochester, NY is seeking assistance in redesigning and redeveloping our organization’s website . Our goal is to create a website that engages, connects, and informs our constituents . Residents, businesses, visitors, staff, and others need to be able to access the site, do business with the City, and find answers to their inquiries and solutions to their issues. The final website should feel clean and welcoming, be easy to use, and leave a positive impression on visitors.

We are issuing two simultaneous Requests for Proposals to replace our current website:
(1) a Request for Proposals for a modern content management system, which will allow us to build and support an improved website.
(2) a Request for Proposals website design and development, which will create the organization, architecture, key pages, templates and website.
Firms are welcome to respond to either or both RFPs. Firms are also welcomed to partner up with other firms to respond to either or both RFPs. Request for Proposal Documents
