INVITATION FOR BIDS
Project Name: Dublin Irish Festival Tent and Equipment Rental Contract
The City of Dublin Ohio will receive bids for the materials and labor necessary for the Dublin Irish
Festival Tent and Equipment Rental contract. Bids shall be received in PDF form by email to Jim Loch
at rloch@dublin.oh.us until 11:00 A.M. local time on Wednesday, February 9, 2024. Bid documents will
not be available until 8:00 A.M. on Wednesday, January 24, 2024.
The City of Dublin may choose to not award the bid—and bidders shall hold bids open—until sixty days
after the bid opening. The work for which bids are invited consists of: Provide tents, tables, chairs and
other equipment, determined by the City of Dublin, for the Dublin Irish Festival. The cost estimate for
the Project is not to exceed $300,000.00.
Documents are available online at www.bidexpress.com at no charge. By downloading these free
attachments, you will automatically receive any modifications made to the project.
Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons
interested therein. The owner intends and requires that the final product shall be received by the City
of Dublin between July 15th and August 10, 2024. Set-up of all tents and equipment must be completed
no later than July 29, 2024. Tear down of all tents must be completed no later than August 10, 2024.

As a bidder, please submit your proposal in PDF form via email to Jim Loch at rloch@dublin.oh.us.
All vendors and sub-vendors involved with the project will to the extent practicable use Ohio
products, materials, services and labor in the implementation of their project.
The City of Dublin reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or
irregularities in the bidding process and to enter into a contract with the bidder whom, in its opinion,
offers the lowest and best bid.
Each bidder must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated
against based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.
