ADDENDUM NO. 1
For: Event Consultation Services
Due Date: Oct. 19, 2023 at 5:00 p.m.
To prospective consultants: the following information shall be used to clarify
parts of the request for proposals.
1. Can companies from outside the USA apply for this?
• The successful bidder is asked to show proof of legal authority to do
business in the State of Ohio.
2. Do we need to come over there for meetings?
• As part of the process, it is important for consultants to see the event
locations. Respondents should include 2 visits to Dublin in their responses
– the first to familiarize themselves with the city and the second to
present to the City Council.
3. Can we perform tasks related to the RFP outside the USA?
• Consultants with legal authority to do business in the State of Ohio may
performs work related to this RFP outside the USA. Any and all virtual
meetings with city staff will occur during the City of Dublin’s normal
operating hours (8 a.m. – 5 p.m. ET).
