It is the intent of this invitation to bid is to secure a contractor for the installation of replacement traffic equipment due to accident damage at various locations. All incidents shall be quoted independently. Invoiced work and materials shall be segregated by incident number. The Prime Contractor shall be a PennDOT pre-qualified contractor and any sub-contractors must be PennDOT pre-qualified.
