Description:

The County of Lancaster on behalf of the Lancaster County Board of Elections, Lancaster, Pennsylvania hereby solicits proposals for qualified printing and furnishing of Election Ballot Printing, and Printing of Absentee Ballots, Mail-In Ballots, and Mail Processing Services. For 2024 General Primary and General Election, 2025 Municipal Primary and Municipal Election, 2026 General Primary and General Election 2027 Municipal Primary and Municipal Election.

Request for Proposal will be received by the Purchasing Office, Lancaster County Government Center, 150 North Queen Street, Suite 712 Lancaster, PA 17603 until 11:00 A.M., Thursday, August 10, 2023.

The Terms of this agreement as specified in the proposal documents shall be one (1) year base period (2024 General Primary and General Election) commencing January 1, 2024, and terminating December 31, 2024. With option to extend an additional three (3) one (1) year periods.
