REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

SEALED PROPOSALS for Washington County Parks Master Plan, are being solicited from qualified, interested planning and engineering firms at the Office of the Washington County Controller, 100 West Beau Street, Suite 403, Washington, Pennsylvania 15301, until 11:00 A.M. Prevailing Time on Tuesday, July 25, 2023. Proposals will be immediately opened and read therein, names only to be read. (Late proposals are not accepted.)

Proposers should be prepared to complete a master site plan for Cross Creek County Park, Mingo Creek County Park, Panhandle Trail and Ten Mile Creek County Park. The proposal must include all elements outlined in this RFP.

All bids must be submitted as ONE ORIGINAL + TWO COPIES (1 unbound) according to the specifications and upon a uniform proposal blank. Specifications and RFP document blanks may be picked up at the Washington County Purchasing Office, 95 West Beau Street, Suite 430, Washington, PA 15301, or by submitting a written request to this address.
