Notes	The intent of this solicitation is to establish an annual requirements contract to provide janitorial services for the Parks and Recreation Department from companies qualified and experienced in janitorial services. The City of Arlington strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. If submitting a paper bid, it must be submitted in a sealed envelope or package and labeled with the company name, solicitation number and title. Late bids will not be accepted. The City of Arlington exclusively uses IonWave for the notification and dissemination of all solicitations.
