DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This project consists of improvements at the City of Beaumont Water Treatment Plant, including, but not limited to:
-
Modifications to the Bulk Chemical Storage Facility including the demolition of an existing sodium chlorite storage tank and installation of a new sodium chlorite storage tank, piping, and associated electrical and instrumentation improvements.

Modifications to the Chemical Feed Building including the addition of two (2) chlorine dioxide generators and associated piping and appurtenance, and associated electrical and instrumentation improvements.

Modifications to yard piping in existing pipe trenches throughout the site include the demolition of existing sodium chlorite piping and installation of new sodium chlorite and chlorine dioxide piping.

. Prior to the pre-bid conference, interested bidders should obtain forms of proposal, contract, bond, and specifications.
No one will be allowed to enter the pre-bid virtually or in-person if arrival is later than 5 minutes after the designated time.
Calls for any technical difficulties must be made prior to the meeting.
