The major scope of this project is taking place in Council District 3. Existing sanitary sewer mains and water mains will be replaced in an area bound by South Hills Avenue to the north, Manderly Place to the south, Bellaire Circle to the west and Carolyn Road to the east. The project is in Council District 3 and will impact the Westcliff neighborhood association and Westcliff West neighborhood association.

If a prebid conference is held, the presentation and any questions and answers provided at the prebid conference will be issued as an Addendum to the call for bids. If a prebid conference is not being held, prospective bidders can e-mail questions or comments in accordance with Section 6 of the Instructions to Bidders referenced above to the project manager(s) at the e-mail addresses listed. Emailed questions will suffice as “questions in writing.” If necessary, Addenda will be issued pursuant to the Instructions to Bidders.
