Due to the nature of the project, the Pre-RFP conference and site visit is MANDATORY. It is necessary for all interested vendors to view the site. This is the only date and time vendors will be permitted to view the site and take measurements.

Sealed Proposals will be received in the Office of Jaime Kovar, County Purchasing Agent, Fort Bend County,

Travis Annex, 301 Jackson, Suite 201, Richmond, TX 77469 for the following until TUESDAY, APRIL 2, 2024

at 2:00 P.M. (CST). All proposals will then be publicly opened and read in the Office of the Purchasing Agent,

Travis Annex, 301 Jackson, Suite 201, Richmond, TX 77469. Proposals received after the specified time will be

returned unopened. All addendums will be posted on Purchasing Agent’s website located at

www.fortbendcountytx.gov.
