Services are to be provided on an as-requested basis through December 31, 2027. Responses to this RFP should include details about qualifications, related experience, and deliverables as described herein. Utah County intends to compare and evaluate all qualifying submittals and select an Appraiser based on proposal content and responsiveness to this RFP. Based upon the evaluation of the RFPs, Utah County may choose at its discretion to award to multiple Appraisers an ongoing contract.
