Friday, March 15 2023 - Addendum #1 issued

Sealed bids, subject to the plans and specifications, will be received in the City of Colonial Heights VA Finance/Purchasing Department, City Hall - 201 James Avenue 2nd Floor Colonial Heights VA 23834, until but no later than 2:00 PM EDT, March 20 2024 for the Main Pump Station Valve Replacement.

A pre-bid conference will be held on March 6 2024 at 10:00 AM EDT at City Hall Council Chambers, 201 James Avenue - 1st floor, Colonial Heights VA .

This project consists of replacement of six existing knife valves (2 -24 inch and 4 -18 inch) at the main sanitary sewer pump station, location at 2701 Conduit Road, Colonial Heights VA. Work to also include bypass of sewage flows at the pump station during installation of new valves.

The contractor shall plan all valve replacement work around forecasted heavy precipitation times because of the high rat of inflow/ infiltration in the service area of the pump station.

All work associated with this project shall be completed in thirty (30) calendar days.
