| The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to hire one (1) contractor, to provide all labor, equipment, transportation, and associated insurance required to provide grass cutting services for the department of Public Works at the Hosier Road Landfill site in accordance with all specifications, terms and conditions herein. | |||
| Notes | |||
| The contract shall cover the period beginning February 1, 2023 and continuing through January 31, 2024. The City reserves the option to renew the agreement for two (2) additional one-year periods ending January 31, 2026. Unless notified in writing thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date, the contract will automatically renew during these periods. | |||
