Upgrades to Old Waterford Knolls and Potomac Crossing Sewer Pump Stations

The Town of Leesburg, Virginia (“Town”) is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors to rehabilitate and upgrade the Old Waterford Knolls and Potomac Crossing Sewer Pump Stations. The contractor shall provide a complete mechanical and electrical rehabilitation, in accordance with contract documents, plans and specifications, as necessary to provide a complete operating facility. Additional work includes bypass pumping, all other work conductive to completing the rehabilitation of the infrastructure, and all incidentals related thereto.

Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting & Site Visit:

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held Thursday, March 30, 2023 at 10:00 am (local time) at the Old Waterford Knolls Wastewater Sewer Pump Station located at 545 Old Waterford Rd. NW, Leesburg, VA 20176. Afterwards, a non-mandatory site visit at the Potomac Crossing Wastewater Sewer Pump Station located at 1244 Barksdale Drive NE, Leesburg, VA 20176 will be held. Attendees are responsible for their own transportation.

Bid Opening:

Bids will be publicly opened via Microsoft Teams using the eVA e-Procurement website at the due date and time listed above. The bid opening will be livestreamed via Microsoft Teams and made available to the public.
