Utilities Plant Information Management Systems

The Town of Leesburg is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide and implement a Plant Information Management System at the Town’s Water Treatment plant and Wastewater plant. The system should efficiently record, manage, monitor, and analyze data from the treatment process and laboratory operations of the facilities, better allowing plant operators to ensure optimal performance and regulatory compliance and providing enhanced decision-making capabilities.

The selected PIMS will be a commercial-off-the-shelf system commonly deployed in the water and wastewater industry and conforming to the Town’s specification requirements.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at 9:00AM on Friday, February 9, 2024 via Microsoft Teams. It is strongly recommended that all potential offerors attend this meeting to gain a thorough understanding of the contract requirements and to become completely familiar with the statement of needs.
